The Mandax Extender System Starter Kit is ideal for those beginning in the ball stretching world. It gives users the opportunity of using our unique system  to develop a stretch of nearly 100 mm. Once achieved we’re sure you’ll want to keep on stretching and the Mandax Intermediate, Advanced and, dare we say, the Mega Adjustable Bar Mechanisms can be purchased separately. The system is available in 4 different sizes as the system rings should be a nice snug fit, tight enough to prevent a testicle slipping back through, but not to tight to be uncomfortable. Using a finger and thumb put them around your scrotum and gently pull down making sure your testicles don’t slip through your grip, but making sure it’s comfy…and that’ll be the size you need.

The system is based on the proven method of traction not just weight. The unique design and quality stainless steel components allow you to see your progress whilst being worn.

The adjustable bars allow you the user to adjust the traction whilst the system is being worn to keep the maximum stretch and yet retain comfort so that you can wear the system all day every day and achieve the stretch you desire.
