All orders will be sent in plain discreet packaging, as your privacy is very important to us The name YOUR MANDAX will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging. Your credit or debit card statement will show only the name MANDAX Limited. Where items ordered are out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Same Day Despatch
We aim to despatch our products the same day, All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am to 3 pm will be shipped that day guaranteed. If your order is placed after 3 pm or on a weekend it will be posted on the next working day.
Method of Dispatch - UK, Europe & Worldwide
Your custom is valued by us as is your order that will be dispatched through one of our preferred worldwide courier services. We will confirm when your order is dispatched and also confirm the courier and tracking number of your order. This keeps you fully informed of progress and guarantees your safe receipt
Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the address you want your product delivered to in the Delivery address section, and we will do the rest.
Security
You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received your product. If you are out when the postman calls, do not worry!
You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient for you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to re send your order, regrettably we will have to charge you.

Your unique order tracking number will be emailed to you unless you request otherwise at customersupport@yourmandax.com
